Terms and Conditions - Sheffield and Chesterfield Bouncy Castles
All our terms and conditions must be met when hiring a bouncy castle, soft play or any of our other hire items in Sheffield and Chesterfield. We advise you to read the terms fully before going ahead with your booking, as we reserve the right to cancel or change your order in the event of the terms not being met. Site suitability
If your site/garden is deemed muddy by our delivery driver, you will be refused set up and lose your deposit. We will not set up on muddy gardens as most castles are hired out the day after to another party and we never supply a dirty castle. Don't worry if its just a small mud patch as we can use a ground sheet. Under no circumstances will we set a bouncy castle up on a garden with dog or animal faeces on.
Please make sure there is no toys, glass, raised paving or anything sticking out the ground which will damage the inflatable. If you're site is on a slope, you should get in contact first. It's ok to have a path down the middle of the castle as long as the path is not raised to high. There is a lot of weight on the bouncy castle when in use so we won't set up on gravel or stones as this will damage the base of the inflatable. Soft play is not for use outside.

Cancellations
If you cancel your booking and don't wish to rebook within 21 days (of your original hire date) you will lose your deposit. Once you have booked, you've taken that inflatable away from being booked by someone else, so we actually loose money if you cancel.
Why we may cancel the bouncy castle / inflatable -
- Heavy rain forecast - Even a rain cover on the inflatable will not stop the front entrance from being extremely slippery and dangerous. There is also an electrical blower at the back of the inflatable which should not be used in heavy rain. However if we have delivered your inflatable and it starts to rain, do not use the inflatable but leave the blower on. Once you've dried the inflatables bounce area it may be used once again.
- Wind forecast - Bouncy castles can and have blown up in the air because of wind gusts in open fields. We will never set up if the wind forecast is over 24mph. This is actually part of UK law and should never be risked.
Weather conditions can be unpredictable, but that shouldn't stop you from having a great time with our bouncy castles! Most of our bouncy castles come equipped with rain covers, allowing them to be used in very light rain as long as you keep drying the entrance. In cases of heavy rain, please understand that safety comes first, and a full refund will be issued for your booking.
Damage or Cleaning Charge
Any damage to our hire products will result in you receiving an invoice for repairs, you can prevent any damage by adhering to the terms of hire form. If we find the castle dirty or muddy upon collection, you will be charged a £50 cleaning fee. To prevent common damage, here are a few point you MUST adhere to -
- Do not use party poppers or silly string near the inflatable. The ingredients inside these products will stain the castle and cause £100's of damage.
- Do not use oil based face paints as these do not come off this inflatables material. If using a face painter, check they are using water based paints only!
- Remove all shoes before going on the inflatable, shoes leave permanent scuff marks.
- No Adults allowed on the bouncy castle, unless an XL adult castle is hired.
- Do not overload the castle.
- Do not allow climbing of the side walls.
- No smoking or BBQ near the inflatable.
You (the hirer) will be responsible for the safety of our equipment, this also includes any theft. You will be responsible for any theft or damage of our equipment. The person collecting the bouncy castle will be the same person that delivered to castle! If suspicious or unsure, please call 07450911861.
Safety
Whoever signs for the bouncy castle or soft play is responsible for any injuring or damage whilst in use, you must have a responsible adult monitoring the hire product at all times. We take no responsibly for any damage to your property whilst transporting the castle, please make sure access is safe and clear for our delivery driver, that include moving cars, furniture or other obstacles on route to your site. Before we arrive with your bouncy castle or soft play, please download and print the hire agreement below. Although by booking online you will have already agreed to our terms, it's always a good idea to have a copy and familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.
